Contact City Hall at (563) 426-5998. Garbage is picked up on Tuesdays.
Recycling bins for paper, cardboard, tin, and plastic are located on the corner of Clements Street and Railroad Street. No styrofoam or glass is allowed. Plastic bags are not allowed in the recycling bins. Plastic bags may be recycled at Valley Fresh Market. Cans and bottles may be placed into the crate and cage as a donation to the NFVCC. All recycling must be clean and dry. No lids on plastic containers, please. The Visual Element, LLC on Main Street can recycle these items:
